Who this policy covers
Clear Frameworks is operated by Michael Paynotta, doing business as Clear Frameworks, a Virginia sole proprietorship. This policy covers clearframeworks.org, the Clear Frameworks client portal, Continuum Management, and related forms and client workspaces.
Information collected
- Inquiries and business details: name, email, phone, organization, service interest, project descriptions, and files you choose to provide.
- Client and project records: account identifiers, contracts and payment links, status, approvals, messages, work history, permissions, and operational records needed for the approved service.
- Technical and measurement data: IP address, browser and device details, timestamps, referring pages, site activity, campaign parameters, and advertising click identifiers.
- Payment records: transaction status and billing records. Payment processors handle card details; Clear Frameworks does not store full card numbers.
Do not send passwords, card numbers, health information, or other sensitive records through a public form. When a project needs protected information, Clear Frameworks will identify the approved transfer method and access boundary first.
How information is used
Information is used to answer inquiries, evaluate and scope work, operate the client portal, deliver contracted services, provide support, maintain security and reliability, process and document payments, meet legal or accounting duties, and understand whether public pages and campaigns are useful.
Analytics, cookies, and advertising measurement
The public site may use privacy-minded web analytics, Meta advertising measurement, campaign parameters, local storage, session storage, and related browser technologies. These help connect an inquiry with the page or campaign that led to it. Browser controls can limit cookies or stored data, though some measurement may stop working.
Providers and disclosures
Only the information needed for an approved function is shared with service providers such as website and application hosting, database and storage, email delivery, authentication, payment processing, monitoring, analytics, and, when specifically included in the service scope, AI model processing. Provider-specific terms and privacy practices also apply.
Clear Frameworks does not sell or rent personal or client data. Private client content is not used to train shared models without written permission. A model provider receives client content only when model processing is approved in the work scope and needed for the requested function.
Ownership, access, and retention
Clients keep ownership of their content, branding, business data, and records. When service ends, Clear Frameworks will provide the agreed export and transition record within 14 days after required access and payment obligations are complete. Active workspace data is normally removed within 90 days after service ends unless the client asks for earlier deletion, a transition requires more time, or legal, accounting, security, backup, or dispute records must be retained.
You may request access, correction, export, restriction, or deletion. Clear Frameworks targets a substantive response within 14 days and may verify identity before acting. Backup copies expire through normal retention cycles rather than immediate deletion.
Security
Clear Frameworks uses protected environment variables for secrets, encrypted connections, scoped access, route and data-boundary checks, dependency review, and prelaunch security checks appropriate to the service. No system can guarantee absolute security. Suspected misuse or exposure should be reported promptly.
Children and policy changes
Services are intended for businesses and adults, not children under 18. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Contract terms or a written data-handling addendum control when they provide stronger or more specific protections.
