About Clear Frameworks
Clear Frameworks is operated by Michael Paynotta, doing business as Clear Frameworks, a Virginia sole proprietorship. Using this site means you agree to these terms and the privacy policy.
Service information is not a contract
The public site describes the kinds of work Clear Frameworks can provide. A written proposal and signed agreement control the exact deliverables, exclusions, schedule, payment terms, responsibilities, ownership rights, and support for paid work.
Starting a paid project
An inquiry, consultation, preview, or demonstration does not create a paid engagement. Work begins after Clear Frameworks confirms the written scope, the customer accepts the controlling proposal or agreement, and any required initial payment clears.
Recurring services
Before a recurring order is accepted, Clear Frameworks will separately disclose the exact amount and frequency, start date, initial commitment, minimum purchase obligation, automatic continuation, cancellation deadline and methods, fixed payments that survive cancellation, and the accepted terms version. The customer must affirmatively accept those recurring terms and will receive a retainable copy.
After any stated initial commitment, renewal can be canceled by email and through every online method Clear Frameworks offered for enrollment. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period unless the Order Form states a different lawful timing. Canceling a managed service does not cancel a separately accepted fixed build or installment obligation.
Licensing, management, and third-party costs
Any license, management responsibility, campaign work, software access, or ongoing support is defined in the signed scope. Advertising media, domain renewals, email, transaction charges, and other vendor costs are separate unless expressly included. Customers own their advertising and business profiles and normally pay each platform directly.
Changes to scope
Pages, integrations, workflows, users, records, campaign channels, and support levels are scope boundaries. Work outside the accepted scope requires a written change describing the added cost, timing, and responsibilities before that work begins.
Permitted use
You may use the site to learn about services, view public examples, submit a legitimate inquiry, and access a portal you are authorized to use. You may not probe security, bypass access controls, disrupt service, scrape protected areas, impersonate another person, upload malicious material, or use the site unlawfully.
Your submissions
You confirm that you may share any information, content, images, files, or instructions you submit. You keep ownership of your material and allow Clear Frameworks to process it only as needed to respond, evaluate the work, deliver an approved service, protect the system, and meet legal obligations. Do not submit sensitive records through a public form.
Site content, examples, and intellectual property
Clear Frameworks owns or licenses this site's branding, layouts, text, reusable styles, systems, tools, software, and general code. The customer retains its domain, branding, content, customer and business data, and customer-owned accounts. Client-specific deliverables and reusable Clear Frameworks materials are governed by the signed agreement. Demonstrations may use fictional, modified, sample, or permissioned data and explain capability without promising an identical result.
External services and links
The site and delivered work may rely on hosting, domain, email, database, authentication, payment, analytics, model, or other providers. Their availability, fees, rules, and privacy terms are outside Clear Frameworks' sole control. A link does not guarantee or endorse an external service.
No guaranteed business outcome
Clear Frameworks can provide technical, accessibility, security, performance, and SEO foundations and can separately scope ongoing management. No website or tool can guarantee revenue, leads, search ranking, uninterrupted operation, compliance certification, or a specific business result.
Availability and responsibility
The public site is provided as available and may change, pause, or contain errors. You are responsible for your accounts, credentials, approvals, lawful content, and use of delivered systems. Warranties and responsibility for paid work appear in the controlling agreement.
